What to tell us
You do not need any of this ready to get in touch — but if you have it, the first reply will be far more useful than a request for more information.
- Where the plot is. Locality and sector, or a map pin.
- Plot size and what you want built. Sq yd, and ground plus how many floors.
- Whether you have drawings. Nothing yet, in progress, or sanctioned.
- Roughly when you want to start. Next month, after monsoon, next year — approximate is fine.
- Any quote you are already holding. We will tell you what it does and does not cover.
If you are abroad, say so and give us a time window that works in your timezone. We will call then rather than at 9am IST.

This is our registered office, not a showroom — there is nothing to see here. Our first meeting is at your plot, and the second at a site where work is happening. That is deliberate.
